Some times you will run into a situation where you need to move your license from one server or web site to another.

Maybe your current client is changing web hosts or this client no longer uses the software. In the later case, you can transfer your license to a new client.

First move the files/site to the new server/client. In the config file, enter the license number for the particular software you are moving. ( Many of our clients own multiple licenses so make sure to use the correct license number).

Once the files have been uploaded to the new clients server or existing clients new server, log into your client area, select 'My Services' from the top menu and click on the license number you wish to re-issue. At the bottom of the page, select 'Re-Issue' license. That's all there is to it.

When you log into the new site/clients admin area, our systems will update the license for you.
